President Maia Sandu will pay a working visit to Finland on October 2, at the invitation of Finnish President Alexander Stubb.

Moldovan president to pay working visit to Finland
In Helsinki, the two heads of state will discuss the bilateral relations, European security and the country's accession process to the European Union. The meeting will be followed by a joint press conference.
President Sandu and President Stubb will also open the Helsinki Security Forum 2026, organized by the Finnish Institute of International Affairs.
The visit's agenda also includes meetings with Prime Minister Petteri Orpo and Speaker of the Finnish Parliament Jussi Halla-aho. The head of state will also hold talks with more Finnish parliamentarians and other officials, who contribute to the development of relations between the two countries.
