Meteorologists issue Yellow Code of strong wind

Chisinau, 13 February /MOLDPRES/ - Meteorologists today issued a yellow code of wind gusting. The warning is valid for 14 February starting from 8:00 till the midnight.

According to the State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS), on the aforementioned time interval, the northern wind is expected to have gustings of up to 15-20 metres/second.

The weather is forecast to slightly warm on the days to come. The maximal air temperatures will oscillate between +7 and +9 Celsius degrees in southern Moldova during the day. At night, the air temperatures will drop to -3 - -5 degrees. Sleet is expected in the country’s northern regions on 14 February.
