Moldovan government spokesperson says all payments made in full, on time, without delays
The spokesperson for the government, Daniel Voda, dismissed the information circulating in the public sphere regarding alleged delays in the payments of pensions or salaries. He emphasized that all payment commitments were honored in full and on time, without any arrears.
Voda made statements to this effect, after comments had appeared in the public space on so-called delays in the payment of pensions, allowances or salaries.
“The authorities inform that they ensure the full and timely fulfillment of all payment commitments, without recording any arrears. Thus, the payment of pensions, social allowances and salaries is up to date and there are no systematized and reported delays addressed to the authorities,” said Daniel Voda.
The spokesperson for the government also said that, up to now, according to official data, over 250,000 children had already benefited from the 1,000 lei support, with about 85 per cent of the payments transferred on this purpose already disbursed.
