Record number of registrations at Moldova Business Week 2025; agenda includes over 30 events
Moldova on September 15-19 will host the 10th edition of Moldova Business Week (MBW), one of the country's most significant economic events. The 2025 edition will bring together over 2,000 participants for physical events, and more than 800 people from over 40 countries have already registered online.
"This year, we already have a record number of people registered as participants at the event. We have about 700 people registered online from over 40 countries. We are expecting the largest delegations from Romania, Poland, Italy, as well as Turkey, India and China," said Natalia Bejan, Director of the Investments Agency.
This year's edition emphasizes the country's industrialization goal, Moldova IT Park’s facilities, energy, infrastructure and Moldova's role in the process of Ukraine’s recovery.
The MBW 2025 agenda includes over 30 events and study visits in Chisinau and other locations in Moldova, including Ungheni, Balti, Orhei, Giurgiulesti, Straseni, Calarasi, Comrat.
A key moment of this edition is the launch of new initiatives and tools to attract investments. The Investment Map, a digital platform highlighting investment opportunities in the country's regions, will be presented, along with the new tender for renewable energy and storage projects, an initiative by the Ministry of Economy, which will accelerate the resilient green transition.
"Moldova Business Week is proof that Moldova is Open for Business is not just a slogan, but a reality. This anniversary edition marks the transition to a new phase of maturity and consolidation of Moldova's position as a destination for investments and sustainable partnerships," said Natalia Bejan.
For the second year in a row, MBW is organized not only by the government through the Investments Agency, but also in partnership with 16 co-organizers - business associations and public institutions, bringing the private sector's voice to the table alongside the one of the authorities.
Moldova Business Week 2025 is a single platform for connecting entrepreneurs, investors and policymakers. The event facilitates direct dialogue between the business community and decision-makers, contributing to the development of sustainable partnerships and attracting investments.
