New judges in courts of Chisinau and six other districts: 12 magistrates sworn in at CSM
Twelve magistrates, recently appointed by presidential decree, took the oath today during a meeting of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM).
CSM head Sergiu Caraman announced that out of the 15 magistrates appointed by presidential decree, three requested to postpone taking the oath.
The 12 new magistrates will serve in the courts of Chisinau, Strășeni, Criuleni, Soroca, Hâncești, and Căușeni, committing to uphold the Constitution, national legislation, and professional standards of the position.
According to the decree signed on November 21, the magistrates are appointed until reaching the age limit provided by law.
