Competitions for hospital leadership: Ministry of Health seeks managers for 20 institutions
The Ministry of Health has launched competitions to fill leadership positions in 20 hospitals across the country – 11 republican hospitals and nine district hospitals.
Minister of Health Emil Ceban said today after the Cabinet meeting that the selection process was initiated in the second half of March, and the authorities will carefully review each candidate registered in the competition.
“We want changes and reforms in the healthcare system, and for that we need competent people in the field,” the minister emphasized.
According to him, the competitions represent an important stage in modernizing the management of medical institutions, given that the healthcare system needs efficient and professional administration.
The relevant authorities maintain that the selection of future managers will be conducted transparently, with emphasis placed on competence, experience, and the ability to implement reforms for the benefit of patients.
