
Chisinau, 23 Feb. /MOLDPRES/- The Superior Council of the Magistracy (CSM) met today and approved the resignation requests submitted by four magistrates, including the interim heads of the CSM and CSJ.
Thus, today the interim president of the CSM, Dorel Musteață, the interim president of the CSJ, Vladimir Timofti, and judges Nicolae Craiu and Dumitru Mardari submitted their resignations.
The resignations come after last week the members of the CSM approved the resignation requests of 16 judges from the CSJ and two from the Court of Appeal.
