
Over 9,000 children to rest in camps from Moldovan capital in 2023
Chisinau, 8 May /MOLDPRES/ - Fourteen day camps will work in Moldova in next summer, where more than 9,000 children will be able to rest. Information to this effect was presented at a today’s operative meeting of the Chisinau city hall’s services.
The deputy head of the education, youth and sport general department, Andrei Pavaloi, said the day camps would receive children starting from 5 June. They will work till 23 June. Twenty per cent of the value of the leisure tickets will be paid by parents and the rest of 80 per cent – by the Chisinau city hall. The capital’s municipality will spend over 33 million lei for children’s leisure in all. At the same time, some categories of pupils, including those coming from socially vulnerable families, will be able to rest for free.
