Today - last day of registration on compensatii.gov.md platform

Chisinau, Nov. 24 /MOLDPRES/- Today is the last day of registration on compensatii.gov.md platform to be assigned the vulnerability category for November.
At yesterday's cabinet meeting, Minister of Labor and Social Protection Marcel Spatari said starting from 25 November the automatic assignment of vulnerability categories will be made.
So far, about 700 thousand requests have been registered in the energy vulnerability information system. To benefit from compensation, household consumers are urged to register on the website www.compensatii.gov.md for the assignment of the category of energy vulnerability, based on which the amount of compensation will be calculated.
To help people register, a government green line 0 8000 5000 has also been launched. People who do not have access to IT equipment or do not have the knowledge to register online can call on the support of assistants social services or local librarians.
According to the calculations, to pay the compensations during the cold period (November 2022 - December 2023) about 5 billion lei (about 250 million euros) will be needed, with 870 million lei being allocated from the state budget this year.
