Procedures of procurements made by Moldova's parliament to become more transparent
Chisinau, 27 December /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament’s secretariat today launched the information portal of public procurements within Moldova’s parliament, www.achizitii.parlament.md.
According to the quoted source, the portal comprises all announcements of procurement of goods, services and works, annual plans of public procurements, reports on the monitoring and carrying out of the institution’s contracts.
At the same time, all announcements of participation in the public procurements, including the awarding documentation, are placed in the Automated Information System, State Register of Public Procurements (SIA RSAP MTender).
”The transparency is a fundamental principle in the work of a public authority. Citizens should know how public money is used and what for,’’ the parliament’s secretary general, Tamara Gheorghita, said.
The database of the platform www.achizitii.parlament.md has been already including the systematized information starting from 2016.
