Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration meets Ambassador of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
On 14 July 2026, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri held a meeting with Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Fern Horine.
During the discussions, the parties reviewed recent developments in the negotiation process on the Transnistrian settlement, as well as the actions taken by the authorities of the Republic of Moldova to promote the country’s reintegration policies.
They also addressed assistance projects carried out with British support, aimed at strengthening confidence between communities on both banks of the Nistru River and ensuring their sustainable development.
The Deputy Prime Minister reiterated his appreciation for the consistent support provided in promoting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova.
