
Moldovan head of state has phone conversation with president of Serbia
Chisinau, 15 February /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu today had a phone conversation with President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić.
According to the presidential press service, the discussion took place in the context of the statements made by the Moldovan head of state earlier this week on risks of destabilization of the situation in Moldova and eventual involvement of other countries’ citizens.
The two leaders reconfirmed their respect for the territorial integrity of their countries and expressed willingness to cooperate, in order to prevent the illegal activities with the involvement of other states’ citizens. Also, Maia Sandu congratulated her Serbian counterpart on the Statehood Day, marked in Serbia today.
