
Moldovan PM chairs meeting of Commission for Emergency Situations
Chisinau, 30 April /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Ion Chicu today chaired a meeting of the Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE), the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
The participants in the event considered a string of proposals coming from the public authorities and business environment, meant to maintain the sure administration of the epidemiological situation. The authorities rely on the fact that the people will observe the recommendations of social distancing in public places and the measures of personal hygiene.
The Commission discussed measures on resumption of a string of activities within companies specialized in public nourishment.
The participants in the CSE meeting also approved the exemption of consignments of medical products, donated to the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry, customs duties and procedures, as well as from the value added tax.
CSE authorized several bus routes for the repatriation of Moldova’s citizens from the Polish-Ukrainian border.
