CEC started printing ballots for polling stations in country
The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) started today printing the ballots for the country's polling stations for the parliamentary elections on September 28.
According to CEC, the print run of the ballots is 2,772,255, of which 2,117,039 are in Romanian, 649,573 in Russian, 3,400 in Gagauz, 1,827 in Bulgarian, and 416 in Romani.
For polling stations organized for localities on the left side of the Dniester river, the total print run is 23,500 ballots, of which 14,500 are in Romanian and 9,000 in Russian.
The parliamentary elections will take place on September 28. Citizens are expected at the polls to choose the deputies for the next Legislature.
