Moldovan top court validates five MP seats

Chisinau, 21 September /MOLDPRES/- The Constitutional Court has validated, at the proposal of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) five seats on the Action and Solidarity Party list.

Today, the constitutional judges validated the mandates of deputies Ana Calinici, Evghenia Cojocari, Boris Popa, Ana Oglinda and Dorel Iurcu from the list of the Action and Solidarity Party.

The meeting of the Court was attended by CEC head Angelica Caraman and CEC member Alexandr Berlinschii.

The MP seats became vacant in connection with the resignation of deputies Natalia Gavrilița, Andrei Spînu, Sergiu Litvinenco, Dumitru Budianschi and Rosian Vasiloi from the PAS Party.
