Activity at Palanca-Maiaki-Udobnoe border crossing point resumed

The activity at the Palanca-Maiaki-Udobnoe border crossing has resumed, after specialized teams had conducted checks in the area where a projectile fell. Cross-border travelers can now continue their journeys as usual.

A projectile fell this morning in the area of the Palanca-Maiaki-Udobnoe border crossing. The object ricocheted and hit a scheduled bus that was stationary near the barrier. As a result of the incident, a Border Police employee sustained minor injuries.
