Another judge to be suspended, investigated
Chisinau, Nov. 30 / MOLDPRES /- The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today admitted the request of the interim General Prosecutor, Dumitru Robu, regarding the suspension from office of a judge.
"The Plenum of the Superior Council of Magistracy decides: the notification of the interim General Prosecutor, Dumitru Robu, regarding the suspension from office of a judge is admitted", CSM acting head Dorel Musteață said.
The magistrate's name was not made public.
