Chisinau, 21 March /MOLDPRES/ - The Justice Ministry informed that the e-Apostille service was functional starting from today. Thus, the applicants will be able to submit the acts for apostilling online and to raise them if they have a digital signature.
According to the quoted source, for authentication in application, people interested should access the webpage www.apostila.gov.md and select the section, Authentication. Subsequently, they will log in the MPass national service of authentications. Once authenticated, the applicant will access the Application Registration pin on the page of the user’s personal account.
During the procedure of submitting the application on apostilling the official acts, the applicant should fill in all acts subjected to apostilling (in pdf format) and push the key The Next. Also, the scanned picture of the acts downloaded will be signed through the online application.
After the signing of the acts’ pictures, the payment voucher can be visualized. The payment for the apostille service is made through the M-Pay governmental service of electronic payments.
At the same time, the minister reiterated that the possibility to physically submit acts (according to online scheduling or ordinary queue) at the headquarters of the apostille and legalization department remained valid.
