Former president of Moldova's Constitutional Court passes away
Chisinau, 22 June /MOLDPRES/ - The former president of the Constitutional Court, holder of the Order of the Republic Victor Puscas died at the age of 79 today.
Puscas held the offices of deputy parliament speaker during 1990-1994 and minister for the relations with the parliament during 1994-1995.
At the same time, Victor Puscas held the position of president of the Supreme Court of Justice (1995-2001) and president of the Constitutional Court (2001-2007).
Victor Pușcaș was born in the Arionesti settlement, northern Donduseni district, on 18 July 1943.
