Heavy traffic at Palanca-Maiaki-Udobnoe Moldovan-Ukrainian border crossing on exit from Moldova
UPDATE: 17:50 // Intense cross-border traffic has been streamlined. Traffic is proceeding without difficulties, with minimal crossing times at the border.
The Border Police announced that, this morning, at the joint Palanca-Maiaki-Udobnoe crossing point, there was a high flow of travelers and vehicles on the exit from Moldova.
To streamline cross-border traffic, the authorities are working at full capacity and have ordered additional measures for traffic management.
Travelers are encouraged to consider alternative routes and opt for border crossing through the Tudora-Starokazacie point, where traffic is lighter.
The Border Police recommend that traffic participants consult online maps and available webcams on the official page www.border.gov.md for updated information on the situation at the border. At the same time, citizens may call the Green Line: +373 22 259 717 for further details.
The institution asks for understanding on behalf of travelers and assures to provide updates in case of any changes in the situation.
