Moldova's Superior Council of Magistracy finds that judge Alina Gorceac passes external evaluation
The Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) today accepted the report of the external evaluation commission and found that Judge Alina Gorceac of the Chisinau Court passed the evaluation.
The decision was adopted with 12 votes for and no votes against by the members present.
Alina Gorceac has served as interim vice-president of the Chisinau Court since July 29, 2026.
