
Over 80 medicines, including three for COVID-19 authorized by Medicines Commission
Chisinau, August 19 /MOLDPRES/- Members of the Medicines Commission of the Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (AMDM) authorized 87 medicinal products, of which 36 were new medicines and 51 were repeated.
According to AMDM, among the primary authorized medicines are: molnaflu - indicated for the treatment of COVID-19, ronapreve - indicated for COVID-19 in adults and adolescents, covifor - indicated for the treatment of coronavirus infection and pneumonia requiring oxygen therapy.
Among the repeated authorization drugs, there are pharmaceutical products such as: ovitrelle - hormones and modulators of the genital system, seretide - adrenergic in combination with corticosteroids or other drugs, singulair - leukotriene receptor antagonists and galvus - drugs used for the treatment of diabetes.
At the same time, the Medicines Commission approved 97 post-authorization changes for 307 medicines.
