Six hectares of lands to return to property of Chisinau city hall
Chisinau, 24 September /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC), at a today’s meeting, voted for the return of two plots of land with an overall area of six hectares to the property of the capital’s city hall.
At the CMC meeting, the councilors voted for a draft decision, according to which two plots of land, placed on the Bucovina Street in the Ciocana district of Chisinau, will be returned to the city hall’s ownership.
In 2013, the Centru Law Court obliged the Chisinau city hall to transmit these lands on lease to en enterprise for a five-year term. The councilors found out the expiration of the established hearing and voted for the recovery of the land.
The legal assistance department will ensure from the legal viewpoint the transferring of these plots of lands to the city hall and the deputy Chisinau mayor, Ilie Ceban, will be in charge of the monitoring.
