Moldovan athlete Artiom Livadari won the gold medal at 2025 World Games, held on August 6–10 in Chengdu, China, in Muaythai competition. The event brought together the world's top eight athletes, qualified based on the results of 2024–2025 season.

According to the Ministry of Education and Research, European Games 2023 champion and IFMA 2024 world champion in the 81 kg category, Livadari competed in China in a higher category because his usual one was not included in the program.
