Irina Rîngaci became U23 world wrestling champion
Chisinau, Oct. 28 /MOLDPRES/- Moldovan athlete Irina Rîngaci became the U23 world wrestling champion.
According to the Ministry of Education and Research, the representative of the Sports Center had in Tirana, Albania, four victories in the weight category up to 65 kg and won gold medal.
Irina Rîngaci also has the world and European title in the senior category, won in 2021.
Another representative of our country, Mariana Draguțan, won the silver medal in the weight category up to 53 kg. In the last act, the Moldovan athlete lost to the Japanese Mako Oono.
