Moldova has first qualified athlete at Beijing winter Olympics
Chisinau, January 12 / MOLDPRES /- Moldova has a first qualified athlete at the Beijing winter Olympics.
The National Olympic and Sports Committee announced the name of the first performer in our country qualified for the upcoming Olympics in China. This is Doina Descalui, who will compete in the sled test.
The 22-year-old sportswoman is the first female representative of Moldova to compete in the sled race at the Olympic Games.
