Chisinau, 2 November /MOLDPRES/ - Over 800 grounds placed on the area where the works on construction of the Chisinau-Straseni-Calarasi water main will be carried out, declared as public utility of national interest, will temporarily switch to the state property. The cabinet of ministers approved a decision to this respect on 1 November.
The document establishes the grounds subjected to expropriation, the mechanism of settling denunciations and the mechanism of compensation, the composition of the ad hoc commission which will settle each case, depending on the needs.
As for the payment of compensations to expropriated people, this will be made with the financial means allocated from the state budget. The estimated value of the compensations is 2.5 million lei (125,000 euros).
