
Forum on absorption by Moldova of European funds held in Romania
Chisinau, 18 November /MOLDPRES/ - A forum titled, Boosting absorption of European funds by Moldova - country candidate for European Union, is held in Arad, Romania, on 17-19 November, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.
Attending the event was the head of the Bureau’s assistance projects section Eugen Cara. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of developing sustainable inter-institutional partnerships with the EU countries, especially with Romania, as well as implementing projects all over the country, contributing to Moldova’s efforts of joining the European Union.
On this occasion, Eugen Cara thanked the hosts for the unconditional support provided by Romania to Moldova in all sectors of mutual interest.
During three days, the event’s organizers will provide to participants first-class training, based on the needs and requirements of training in real time, in order to boost the process of absorption by Moldova of European funds. At the same time, they will present theoretical/practical aspects in the field and encourage Moldova’s representatives to continue improving their practices on this segment.
The forum is carried out by the Aurel Vlaicu University from Arad, in partnership with the municipality’s city hall, County Council and the Institute for Projects’ Development and Expertise from Moldova, in order back Moldova’s authorities in their European integration approach.
