Moldovan cabinet approves drafts on carrying out budgets for 2013, 2014
Chisinau, 20 May /MOLDPRES/ - The government today considered draft decisions of the parliament for the approval of reports on the carrying out of state budgets, social insurances budget and mandatory health insurances funds' budget for 2013 and 2014.
At the cabinet meeting, Finance Minister Anatol Arapu said that 27.7 billion lei was collected in the state budget in 2014, by 481.3 million less than forecast or at a level of 98.3 per cent against the annual previsions. The share of revenues increased by over 23 per cent against 2013. The fulfillment of the 2014 state budget resulted in a deficit worth 1.6 billion lei.
Over 12 billion lei was collected in the state social insurances budget in 2014, with the annual previsions carried out at a level of 98.7 per cent. As for the carrying out of the mandatory health insurances funds in 2014, the share of revenues stood at 4.63 billion lei and the one of spending - 4.67 lei.
Under the drafts approved by the cabinet, the state budget revenues for 2013 amounted to 22.4 billion lei, the ones of the state social insurances budget stood at 10.5 billion lei and the mandatory health insurances funds - 4.1 billion lei.
The concerned reports are approved by the government and submitted to parliament for approval till 1 June.
