Moldovan government approves regulation on recognizing groups of farmers
Chisinau, 23 September /MOLDPRES/ - The government today approved a regulation on the procedure of recognizing the groups of farmers. The document will establish the procedure of creation and work of the commission of recognizing the groups of farmers, as well as the procedure of recognizing the groups of farmers, set up under the legislation.
„To recognizes the groups of farmers, the competent authority (Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Ministry,- MADRM) sets up the commission of recognizing the groups of farmers, made up of seven members, representatives of the competent authorities, as well as one member observer without right to vote, representative of the Agency of Intervention and Payments for Agriculture, nominated under an order by the authority in charge, which works according to the current Regulation,’’ the government decision reads.
The order on the creation and composition of the commission on recognizing is placed on the official webpage of the competent authority. The office of head of the commission of recognizing will be exercised by a state secretary of the competent authority, nominated under an order of its head.
The capacity of recognized group of farmers is got through the issuing by the competent ministry of the note on recognition. MADRM will also check the enforcement of the present decision.
