Moldovan tax body collected over 26.4 billion lei in early 2021
Chisinau, 2 August /MOLDPRES/- Revenues to the National Public Budget, administered by the State Fiscal Service (SFS) amounted to 26.4 billion lei / over 1 billion 200 million euros / in seven months of this year, which indicates an increase of over 3.8 billion lei or 17.0% compared to the same period last year.
According to SFS, in seven months of 2021, 11.0 billion lei were collected to state budget, which is 1.7 billion lei more compared to the same period of 2020, or an increase of 17.8%.
The local budgets recorded revenues worth 3.0 billion lei, up by 550.3 million lei against the same period of the previous year or by 22.6%.
Also, in the State Social Insurance Budget, in the mentioned period, 9.2 billion lei were collected, which is 1.2 billion lei more compared to the similar period of the previous year, or an increase of 14 , 9%.
At the same time, 3.1 billion lei were accumulated at the Compulsory Health Insurance Funds, which is 412.5 million lei more compared to the similar period of 2020 or by 15.3%.
