
Notaries no longer required to ask for certificates issued by state tax service in Moldova
Chisinau, 11 July /MOLDPRES/ – The taxpayers will be exempt from liability to submit certificates issued by the State Tax Service (SFS) on the lack or existence of overdue payments to budget related to the assets subject to authentication of alienation contract and to pledge contract of assets subject to registration.
Also, notaries will no longer require these acts from taxpayers. According to the SFS’s information and media communication service, the new rules have already entered into force and are based on the amendments to the Law on Notaries.
