On 17 November 2025, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Valeriu Chiveri received in a courtesy visit Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Moldova Fern Horine.

The officials approached the regional situation and the latest developments in the Transnistrian settlement process, bringing to attention the priorities of the country's reintegration policies promoted by national authorities.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the United Kingdom for the assistance provided through programs aimed at building trust between the two banks of the Dniester River, as well as for its firm support of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova within its internationally recognized borders.
