CEC, CNA launched Hotline for reporting electoral corruption cases at parliamentary elections on 28 September

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) announced the launch of a Hotline - (+373) 78 710 116, managed by the National Anticorruption Center (CNA), dedicated to reporting cases of illegal financial influence on voters in the context of the parliamentary elections on 28 September 2025.

According to the CEC, the telephone line is operational 24/7, including for calls from outside the country, and accepts reports via audio or video calls, SMS messages, as well as through Viber, WhatsApp and Telegram applications.

Citizens who have been approached with offers of electoral bribery, asked to join obscure organizations, act as observers or electoral officials for suspicious payments, or have been contacted through messages from foreign numbers, are urged to report these situations immediately.

The CEC warns that personal data should not be provided to unknown individuals or those who cannot be clearly identified. Any suspicious behavior related to attempts to bribe voters should be reported to the Hotline.

The institution emphasizes that along with the law enforcement bodies, it remains committed to ensuring a fair and transparent electoral process, condemning any attempt to manipulate voters through dubious financial schemes, pressures, or misleading messages.
