
Eduard Serbenco nominated Moldovan government's representative at Constitutional Court
Chisinau, 22 November /MOLDPRES/ - The state secretary at the Justice Ministry, Eduard Serbenco, has been nominated as government’s representative at the Constitutional Court. The cabinet of ministers took a decision to this end today.
At the same time, a state secretary at the Justice Ministry, Stanislav Copetchi, was nominated as alternate representative of the government at the High Court.
Justice Minister Veronica Mihailov-Moraru has said that the draft was worked out in the context of the amendments made to the regulation on the cabinet’s representative in the parliament and at the Constitutional Court. According to the amendments, ‘’ the state secretaries of the Justice Ministry, nominated by the government accordingly, have the capacity of resident representative and alternate representative of the government at the Constitutional Court.’’
