Explosive thrown into garden of PAS mayor in Stăuceni
Last night, an explosive was thrown into the garden of the mayor's house in the town of Stăuceni, a member of the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS). The incident was strongly condemned by PAS, which considers it a vile and barbaric act aimed at intimidating those who fight for justice and a better life.
Speaker, PAS leader Igor Grosu expressed confidence that the police authorities will thoroughly investigate the case and those responsible will be held accountable according to the law. PAS expressed full support for their colleague and his family during the difficult times.
"What happened is serious and inexplicable. At 1:57 a.m., someone with a car parked in front of my house, threw an explosive and left. The police will investigate the case," Stăuceni mayor Alexandru Vornicu said in the morning.
