Moldovan parliament speaker attends dedication day of village from central region

Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu has participated in the dedication day of the village of Boghiceni, central Hancesti district. The celebration brought the entire village together and was a good opportunity for people to meet with relatives and friends to spend time together.

Speaker Igor Grosu delivered a congratulatory message to the locals.

“I am happy to see so many nice people, in traditional costumes who preserve our traditions. Congratulations on this holyday. Stay united and healthy. True patriots of our nation, citizens with European values live here. Caring for people is our priority, and step by step, we will succeed in creating good living conditions at home,” Igor Grosu said.

At the same time, on the dedication day of the village, citizens, together with representatives of local public authorities, reviewed the implemented projects and future plans. More road segments have been recently were renovated, and a 4.6-kilometer aqueduct was built. Due to this investment, worth over 2 million lei, about 150 households have access to drinking water. The construction of sidewalks in the center of the locality is also planned.
