Chisinau, Dec. 31 /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean urges citizens to appreciate the achievements of 2024 and look optimistically to what is to come in the coming year. "We look to 2025 with confidence and solidarity. We know that new challenges await us, but I am sure that, united, we will overcome them," he said in his message to citizens on occasion of 2025.
Recean's message at the end of the year:
"Dear people of Moldova,
We end a year that has shown us, once again, what it means to be united. We demonstrated unity when we decided that we want to become members of the European Union, despite a border war and a hybrid war at home.
We showed unity when we elected a president who has the ability to put the country at ease and keep the peace. And we showed unity when we supported those who have proudly represented us in international arenas.
We look to 2025 with confidence and solidarity. We know that new challenges lie ahead, but I am sure that, united, we will overcome them. The government stands by its citizens. We will ensure peace and well-being for all.
Let us appreciate this year's achievements and wish for more. Let us celebrate with our loved ones and look optimistically to what lies ahead!", wrote Prime Minister Dorin Recean.
