As many as 588 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova
Chisinau, 9 September /MOLDPRES/- In the last 24 hours, 2,982 tests were processed in the Republic of Moldova, 588 cases of infection with the new coronavirus being confirmed. So far, 41,144 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the country.
According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection / MSMPS /, out of the number of illnesses, 38 are medical workers.
Another 458 people were treated.In total, 29,420 people were cured by COVID-19.
At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of nine other deaths caused by COVID-19, the death toll reached 1,096.
