
More settlements of Moldova stay disconnected from power supply
Chisinau, 28 November /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 24 settlements stay disconnected from power supply, according to operative information unveiled by Premier Energy Distribution.
The operator informed that 249 notifications on tears of conductors had been registered, which implies the need for residents to strictly observe the rules of electric security till the moment of operative teams’ intervention.
Thus, checked disconnections of power supply are made, to tighten the security of the places of tears of conductors and prevent cases of electrocution, including during the carrying out of works of reestablishing the networks hit.
In these conditions, decision-makers urge citizens to avoid and not touch the electric conductors which fell down one earth or which accidentally hang on pillars, trees and various constructions; to mark at distance the place of tear of the electric conductor and tighten the security of its perimeter till the intervention of electricians, in order to thus restrict the access of people and domestic animals to the area of electrocution risk; not to intervene in electric installations, as these actions can endanger the life; to strictly monitor the place of children’s stay and explain them how should they behave in such situations.
