
People can ask for information on elections' organization at Call Centre in Moldova
Chisinau, 18 November /MOLDPRES/ - People with right to vote can ask for information at the Call Centre on the organization of the runoff election of the general local polls and the repeated elections held in some settlements of Moldova. They can call at the single phone number (+373) 22 880101.
According to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), voters can learn data on the belonging to the polling station, the voting procedure, acts on the basis of which they can vote, information on the residence in an administrative and territorial unit, etc.
Also, on the period of work, the Call Centre’s operators will provide the assistance needed to the people in charge of the management of the electoral lists from the local public authorities, as well as the members of the lower electoral bodies for the uniform enforcement of the procedures of management and updating of the State Register of Voters.
At the same time, CEC warns that no appeals can be submitted through the Call Centre.
The information line of the Call Centre works during 8:00-17:00 and the working schedule will be extended to 24 hours per day for the period 19-21 November 2023.
The Centre can be called at ordinary tariff from the fixed or mobile phone of any settlement of Moldova. It will work till 21 November this year.
