
Process of foreigners' employment to be optimized in Moldova
Chisinau, 18 November /MOLDPRES/ - The way of foreigners’ employment will be optimized in Moldova. The parliament’s juridical commission for rules and immunities today ruled to propose to the parliament’s plenum a draft law on amending the legislation.
Under the draft, the compulsoriness of the notary authentication of the dwelling space in the process of documenting foreign employees is to be excluded.
Also, the employer will no longer be obliged to pay to foreigners an average salary forecast on the economy, as the present legislation stipulates. In line with the amendments envisaged, the foreign citizen will present the copy of the individual labour contract for the providing of the permit of stay on purpose of work.
The paragraph which regulates the way of documenting foreigners on purpose of labour, based on the list of priority occupations, approved by the government, will be excluded from legislation.
