Prosecutors finalized evidence presentation in case of Marina Tauber and former Shor Party
The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has concluded the presentation of evidence in the criminal case in which Marina Tauber and the former Political Party Shor are accused of falsifying financial reports and accepting illegal funding from an organized criminal group.
According to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, the process in which Marina Tauber is accused of interfering in the administration of justice has also been connected to the case.
The criminal case was sent to court in June 2023, and 103 court sessions were held during which over 40 witnesses were heard, material evidence contained in 67 volumes were examined, audio recordings were listened to, and video images were reviewed.
The defense's evidence is to be examined in this case.
