Superior Council of Prosecutors rejects candidate proposed by Gagauz People's Assembly for position of chief prosecutor of Gagauzia
Chisinau, Nov. 9 /MOLDPRES/- Members of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP) today repeatedly rejected the candidate proposed by the Gagauz People's Assembly for the position of chief prosecutor of Gagauzia Prosecutor's Office, Victor Cîlcic.
Victor Cîlcic was the only participant in the competition held for this position. He has been working at the Prosecutor's Office for more than 16 years, holding various leadership positions in the Prosecutor's Office and in 2004-2014 he headed the Prosecutor's Office in Vulcăneşti district.
