Moldovan foreign affairs minister has meeting with British lawmaker
Chisinau, 22 July /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Nicu Popescu has had a meeting with the president of the Defence Committee of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom’s parliament, MP Tobias Ellwood, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s (MAEIE) press service has reported.
The officials referred to the security situation, in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine, including the impact on Moldova, the crisis of the export of cereals from the region, as well as the measures undertaken to diminish its effect.
