Moldovan, Romanian officials broach cooperation relations
Chisinau, April 4 /MOLDPRES/- Moldovan President Maia Sandu met again with Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown and Prince Radu on Monday in Bucharest, the presidential press service has reported.
Maia Sandu approached the increasingly close relations between Chisinau and Bucharest, European integration process, as well as the security situation in the region.
"The Royal House of Romania has greatly supported our European aspirations and we continue to count on support in the next steps towards accession, which will anchor us on a clear path of development. We also discussed the projects supported by the Royal House of Romania in the Republic of Moldova, in the field of education, culture, health, but also in the social and humanitarian sphere", said Maia Sandu.
Also, Chisinau official planted in the presence of Her Majesty Margareta and Prince Radu an oak tree in the Palace garden, as a sign of the vigorous relationship we are building with Romania.
