CEC to organize 12 polling stations in seven localities for November by-elections
The Central Electoral Commission will organize 12 polling stations in seven localities in the Republic of Moldova, where local by-elections and a local referendum will be held on November 1, 2026.
The largest number of polling stations—four—will be opened in the town of Costești, Rîșcani district.
Two polling stations each will be organized in the villages of Chirsova and Tomai in the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia.
One polling station each will operate in the village of Hăsnășenii Mari, Drochia district; the village of Delacău, Anenii Noi district; and the villages of Cairaclia and Novosiolovca, Taraclia district.
On November 1, local by-elections will be held in the villages of Cairaclia and Novosiolovca in Taraclia district, the town of Costești in Rîșcani district, the village of Hăsnășenii Mari in Drochia district, and the villages of Tomai and Chirsova in Gagauzia. On the same day, a local referendum will take place in the village of Delacău, Anenii Noi district.
