New state secretary appointed to Health Ministry

The Ministry of Health has a new state secretary. The position will be held by Iuliana Garam. The decision was approved today by the Government.

The proposal was presented at the Government meeting by Minister of Health Alexandru Gasnaș. According to the official, Iuliana Garam will coordinate an important portfolio focused on reorganizing how medical services are planned, financed, and delivered, with an emphasis on quality and continuity throughout the patient journey.

Also today, the Government decided to appoint Mihail Jereghi as deputy director of the Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture.
