DOC // Constitutional Court decision on validation of parliamentary elections published in Official Journal

The Constitutional Court confirmed the results of the parliamentary elections held on September 28, 2025, and validated the mandates of the 101 elected deputies in the new Legislature. The decision was published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Moldova.

According to the decision of the Constitutional Court, five political parties have surpassed the electoral threshold and gained access to Parliament: the Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) - 55 mandates; Patriotic Bloc - 26 mandates; Alternative Bloc - 8 mandates; Our Party - 6 mandates; Democracy at Home Party - 6 mandates.

The Constitutional Court also approved the supplementary lists of each formation.

The Court's decision was sent to Parliament, the head of state, and the Central Election Commission.

After the publication of the decision in the Official Journal, a session for convening the Legislature will follow, during which the Constitutional Court will present the final report on the election results.

The newly elected deputies will elect the leadership of Parliament and constitute parliamentary factions. Subsequently, the head of state will appoint a candidate for the position of prime minister, who will have 15 days to present the list of the Government and the activity program, to obtain the vote of confidence.

In accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court, the following deputies will enter Parliament on PAS lists: Igor Grosu, Dorin Recean, Doina Gherman, Nicolae Popescu, Marcel Spatari, Veronica Roșca, Mihail Popșoi, Vladimir Bolea, Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei, Anastasia Nichita, Nicolae Botgros, Constantin Cheianu, Dan Perciun, Ludmila Adamciuc, Lilian Carp, Maria Acbaș, Viorel Bostan, Emil Ceban, Larisa Voloh, Victoria Belous, Radu Marian, Mihail Druță, Marcela Adam, Sergiu Lazarencu, Maxim Potârniche, Larisa Novac, Ion Groza, Maria Gonța, Valeriu Robu, Ersilia Qatrawi, Virgiliu Pâslariuc, Ludmila Catlabuga, Natalia Davidovici, Roman Cojuhari, Igor Chiriac, Marina Morozova, Ana Calinici, Alic Baraboi, Ilie Ionaș, Nicolae Drăganel, Vasile Grădinaru, Dinu Plîngău, Dorian Istratii, Adrian Belîi, Andrian Cheptonar, Artemie Cătănoi, Stela Macari, Tatiana Cucuietu, Ana Butucea, Galina Dragan, Artur Mija, Adrian Băluțel, Eugeniu Sinchevici, Iurie Levinschi, and Ion Babici.

The Patriotic Electoral Bloc will be represented by: Igor Dodon, Diana Caraman, Vasile Tarlev, Zinaida Greceanîi, Vlad Batrîncea, Constantin Starîș, Grigore Novac, Vladimir Odnostalco, Alla Pilipețcaia, Olga Cebotari, Andrei Godoroja, Adela Răileanu, Adrian Domentiuc, Grigorii Uzun, Pavel Voicu, Inga Sibova, Bogdan Țîrdea, Valeriu Muduc, Ala Ursu-Antoci, Vera Cernega, Dorin Pavaloi, Adrian Lebedinschi, Alla Darovannaia, Marcel Cenușa, Vladimir Voronin, and Petru Burduja.

Alternative Bloc: Ion Ceban, Alexandr Stoianoglo, Ion Chicu, Marc Tkaciuk, Gaik Vartanean, Liliana Iaconi, Olga Ursu, and Gabriela Cuneva.

Our Party: Renato Usatîi, Elena Grițco, Nina Cereteu, Alexandr Berlinschii, Serghei Ivanov, and Stela Onuțu.
