DOC // Moldova to have new ambassadors in four key states

The Republic of Moldova will have new ambassadors to Romania, Ukraine, France and China. The decrees of the head of state, Maia Sandu, regarding the appointment were published today in the Official Journal.

Thus, Victor Chirilă will serve as Ambassador to Ukraine, while Mihail Mîțu will be the new ambassador of our country to Romania.

At the same time, Lorina Bălteanu has been appointed Ambassador to France, and Petru Frunze will be Ambassador to China.

Vladislav Kulminski, our country's Ambassador to the United States, has been appointed concurrently as Ambassador to Mexico. Viorel Ursu, Ambassador to Sweden, will concurrently serve as ambassador to the Republic of Iceland, the Kingdom of Norway and the Republic of Finland.

Also today, the decree on the recall of Ștefan Gorda from the position of Ambassador of our country to Kazakhstan was published in the Official Journal, and Corina Călugăru was recalled from the post of Ambassador to France.
